Nadine Shopie is the first beneficiary of the Focus-Abengoa Foundation social development program to join the Abengoa team in Mexico

On October 20th, Nadine Shopie Lozano Dodier joined the Abengoa team in Mexico as the first PE&C beneficiary to be hired by the company in this geography. This milestone highlights the genuine synergy between the social field of the Focus-Abengoa Foundation’s PE&C (People, Education and Communities: Committed to Development) social development program and Abengoa’s business endeavors.

Responsible, committed and multilingual, in 2013 Nadine entered the Assistance Center for Adults with Dependent Intellectual Disability (ACADID), the institution with which PE&C collaborates in Mexico. Nadine has demonstrated her many skills and abilities in Abengoa Mexico’s occupational areas, carrying out all of the tasks with which she is entrusted. She will perform her duties in the office administration area dedicated to in-house message and package delivery for company employees.

Nadine, moreover, will fulfill her main objective through this job placement, which is to feel useful, responsible and capable in the working world. She has always had a desire to enter this field full of opportunities and major challenges that will make her grow as a person both within and beyond the realm of training-occupation.
