In 1987, the Archbishopric of Seville signed an agreement stating that the works of art owned by the Brotherhood of Los Venerables came to be conserved and watched over by the Focus-Abengoa Foundation, which had moved into its headquarters in the Hospital de los Venerables in 1991.

The Artistic Heritage of the Hospital de los Venerables is made up of murals, easel paintings, altarpieces, sculptures, sumptuary art, gold-work, furniture, liturgical garments and more.

The inventory of personal property of the Hospital de los Venerables was put together by a multidisciplinary team of specialists consisting of Enrique Gurtiérrez Carrasquilla and María de los Ángeles Arjona (state of conservation) and Dr. Carmen Vallejo Naranjo (documentation and historiography).
